Cancellation & Delivery Policy for Catering Orders

SHORT NOTICE: Need it fast? Just ask!

If you wish to place an order within 4 hours of the delivery or pickup OR require a next-day breakfast fulfillment and it is after 2:00pm, please call the location near you and speak directly to the catering specialist to see if they are able to accommodate your request.

Delivery Policy:

We will make our best effort to accommodate your requested delivery time; to meet demand we may have to deliver up to 30 minutes early.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation charge on any order cancelled 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pick-up.

A 50% charge is applicable on any order cancelled 12 hours before scheduled delivery or pick-up.

10% applicable only on regular priced items.  Discount not applicable on combos. Discount cannot be combined with any other promotion.

All orders, whether ordered online, fax or phone, must be cancelled by calling the store directly – refer to our please call the location page for the store’s phone number.
